Responsibilities

Assist with routine maintenance tasks around the resort. Conduct inspections to identify potential faults or hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Support the supervision of maintenance activities, taking guidance from our senior team members when necessary. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules. Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work while delivering excellent customer service.

Experience

Experience in maintenance roles within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of documenting technical procedures clearly. Experience in customer service is advantageous, highlighting a focus on client satisfaction and teamwork.
