Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair, painting and decorating of the property . This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Painting and decorating experience is a must
