It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

Craft Engineering Technician / Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)

Location: Bridgwater

Contract: Permanent - 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am (2 days / 2 nights)

We're recruiting for a Craft Engineer to join our Bridgwater dairy, part of Muller Milk & Ingredients. In this role, you'll deliver hands-on maintenance across a range of manufacturing equipment, helping to drive plant reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and basic electrical isolations Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and equipment reliability Provide technical advice on engineering practices and maintenance issues Participate or lead BDRs, SEA, and RCA activities

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in engineering (electrical or mechanical) Practical engineering experience (sector background is flexible) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Effective communicator and team player Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Awareness of health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures

Shift Pattern:

4 on 4 off rotating days and nights (2 days, 2 nights)
