We're working with a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Runcorn, currently looking to recruit an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrically biased) to join their team.This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with ambitious plans for the future.The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and supporting production, packing, and site facilities. This is a hands-on, varied position within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance
- Fault find and repair on a range of production and packaging equipment
- Work across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems, with an electrical bias
- Identify and implement improvements to machinery and processes
- Support engineering projects and installation work
- Maintain accurate records and report on completed work
- Time-served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance or Mechatronics
- Level 3 Multiskilled qualification (industrial electrical/mechanical)
- Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills, with mechanical capability
- Experience maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment
