Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person/ Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a basic background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot various equipment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

We will offer additional training for progression, a friendly team, safe working environment and mentoring.

Duties

Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Assist the Maintenance Manager. Assisting with external estates work Document maintenance activities accurately for compliance and future reference.

Experience

Proven experience in maintenance engineering or a related field is essential. Industrial environment electrical experience, preferably with City & Guilds level 2 or NVQ 2. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is necessary for effective communication within the team and with customers.

Pay: From 15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
