Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Elsham, North Lincolnshire

Shifts:

The working hours for this role are 7am-7pm, on a 4 on 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights shift pattern - Enjoy a full week off by using fewer holiday days, giving you greater flexibility and improving your work-life balance.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:

Maintain, repair, and improve equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Work on a site with 14 blown film extrusion lines and several ancillary lines. Handle preventative maintenance and daily breakdowns.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in all areas of engineering with an electrical bias. Competent in carrying out breakdown repairs. Use initiative to minimise production downtime. Perform reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, and project work. Qualified to Level 3 Electrical Engineering - City and Guilds or equivalent. Excellent health and safety standards. Availability for overtime to cover holidays.
