Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment by conducting regular maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high standards of operational efficiency.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose faults and perform repairs on various mechanical and electrical systems. Perform maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational processes. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. Train and mentor junior staff in best practices for maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with team members and management. Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings for effective problem-solving. Competence in welding techniques for repairs as required. Solid electrical knowledge, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting methods. Mechanical knowledge encompassing various types of machinery and equipment maintenance practices.
