The Role:

We're looking for a part-time engineer to join our small, friendly team, 3 days a week. You'll help maintain and improve our production and site equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You'll also provide hands-on support with breakdowns, commissioning, and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair production and site equipment Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime Fault-find and resolve mechanical issues Support equipment commissioning and setup Assist the Engineering Manager as needed Carry out ad hoc engineering duties

What You'll Bring:

Level 3 qualification in Engineering (or equivalent) Strong mechanical engineering background Experience in food manufacturing (desirable) A proactive, problem-solving attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills

Working Hours:

Part-time. Working pattern to be agreed at interview, to fit with our existing part time engineer.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
