We're growing and looking to recruit a skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical experience to support increased demand in a busy engineering and manufacturing facility in Liverpool. This is a permanent, on-site role based in Liverpool, with weekday daytime hours and a focus on preventative and reactive maintenance across production and facility equipment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll:
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across machinery, plant and facilities
Install and maintain industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power and industrial plugs
Fault-find and repair electrical issues using schematics and manuals
Work alongside production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability
Maintain accurate records of work, inspections, and asset registers
Support installation works and assist with capital projects
Identify and suggest improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability
What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for an electrically-minded Engineer looking to join a supportive team where you can make a real impact. You'll need to be confident working across both facilities and production equipment in an industrial environment.
City & Guilds Level 3 (2357) Installation and Maintenance or similar/equivalent
Confident working with 3-phase power systems and industrial electrical components
Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or engineering setting
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Strong awareness of Health & Safety in an engineering environment
Flexible approach to work and able to support occasional out-of-hours requirements
