Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (West Midlands)
Salary: 180-250 per day
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Across the West Midlands
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades? We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our growing team, working across a range of properties including residential, supported accommodation, and commercial sites.
What You'll Do
Attend maintenance callouts across the West Midlands Carry out a variety of repairs and installations including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks Travel between jobs (travel time is paid) Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience Skilled in a range of trades: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Relevant qualifications or certifications (desirable but not essential) Own tools and vehicle Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
