Job Description

Following a recent successful addition to the team, We are now looking for a additional experienced multi-skilled tradesperson to join, future projects will consist of Upgrading Void Properties, Extensions & Renovations , Wall Tiling & General Repairs, Roof Works, Carpentry 1st & 2nd fix works, Basic Plumbing repairs, Brickwork, Blockwork, Landscaping, Ground works, Fencing, Paving & Concrete Works, Plastering & Painting & Decoration.

Summary



As a Maintenance Handyman/woman, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, utilizing your knowledge and core skills in maintenance. You will also be required to utilise your experience to complex issues to achieve project compliance. Your ability to communicate effectively, along with your leadership and customer service skills, will enhance team collaboration and ensure a high standard of service within the organization. Qualifications



Strong knowledge and maintenance skills. Proven supervisory and leadership experience Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with clients
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:

Llandysul: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:

50% (preferred)
Work Location: In person

Reference ID: Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own using their initiative & common sense approach to achieving project compliance safely and to a high standard, must be reliable & hard working.
