What we are looking for:
An individual who is caring and patient and has a compassionate nature
Someone who is enthusiastic, takes pride in their work and is focussed on solutions
An individual who works to the highest standard ensuring the maintenance and presentation of a luxury care home
Do you have the following?Previous management experience in maintenance
A minimum of two years' experience in a wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance
Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition
Strong leadership skills with the experience to motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team
Proven planning and budgeting experience with excellent attention to detail
Good organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
The skills and experience to carry out health and safety inspections and audits
