House of Gods is currently recruiting for an exceptional Multi Site Maintenance Manager to join our Hotels & Hostel team.

We currently occupy three sites - Merchant City Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Baxter Hostel Edinburgh. This role would be split between the sites with Two days spent in Glasgow, Two in Edinburgh and one at the Baxter Hostel.

Day to day you will:

Identify and plan pro-actively to avoid maintenance challenges React to maintenance challenges that arise Liaise with Hotel & Hostel managers to ensure tasks are up to date Liaise with contractors to carry out work outwith skillset Ensure the completion of set weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE Tasks via Shield Safety Report and update company directors on tasks & actions
The ideal candidate:

Will have excellent experience in a similiar role Be multi-skilled across the trades with a good working knowledge particuliarly of hotel rooms Hard working and reliable with a track record for delivering results Motivated to deliver fantastic experiences Enthusiastic and flexible
