Maintenance Manager

The Crowne Plaza East Midlands Airport is looking for a Maintenance manager to oversee the upkeep of the hotel. The property has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and we are looking for a manager to join this vibrant, engaged team and grow your career in our fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the day to day up keep of the hotel and deliver to an exacting standard and to maintain our mission of

"simple, sensational service."

What do we require from a Maintenance Manager.

A hands on person as this is a hands on role with 20% of administration work Maintaining daily work schedules Must have experience in a property circa 100 bedrooms Manage health and safety within your department and across the wider hotel Oversee a team of assistants High standards of attention to detail Completing tasks efficiently and safely Working as part of a team Monitor progress within the department Recruit and train new team members Work closely with other HOD's to ensure the hotel is maintained to the highest standard
