White Leaf Support are a specialist health and social care provider supporting individuals with a learning disability, autism, or mental health diagnoses, working with a person-centred approach, supporting people to live as independently as possible and to access the community around them. We are currently recruiting for full time Maintenance Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across our services, all of which are based in High Wycombe town centre.
As maintenance manager, your work will be both hands-on and office based, responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across our organisation, carrying out maintenance activities and managing larger maintenance activities by sourcing value for money contractors to ensure compliance and health and safety in relation to the upkeep of buildings, landscapes, vehicles, and offices, as well as overseeing a range of custodial and maintenance activities. You will resolve problems as they arise whether directly or by assembling teams/contractors to solve those issues.
If you have proven experience in a maintenance and management role, with excellent organisational and leadership abilities, then we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of maintenance, machinery and equipment, as well as outstanding written and communication skills.
