Maintenance Manager

The Radisson Hotel, Liverpool offers premium accommodation near the city's top attractions just 14 kilometres from Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL). We are looking for a hands-on and experienced

Maintenance Manager

to lead our maintenance and engineering function. This is a key role in ensuring our hotel operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, while delivering excellent guest experiences.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and brand standards. Leading and developing a team of maintenance professionals and contractors. Managing budgets, preventive maintenance, and capital projects. Driving sustainability and energy-saving initiatives. Responding promptly to guest and departmental requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in hotel, facilities, or building maintenance management. Strong technical knowledge of building services, compliance, and H&S. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail.
