, our in-house construction division. This role will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of maintenance works across multiple projects, while also being hands-on when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise daily with the UKR maintenance team to plan and allocate weekly workloads.
Prepare and issue maintenance schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Review maintenance requests, scope required works, and write quotations to be passed to the admin team.
Monitor ongoing works, providing updates to the Project Manager.
Carry out minor on-site tasks when required to support the team.
Ensure all works are completed to the required standard, on time and within budget.
Support compliance with health, safety, and property standards.
Anticipate upcoming requirements and plan ahead to minimise downtime.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or property management.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident communicator -- able to liaise effectively with tradespeople, admin staff, and management.
Competent in Microsoft Office/365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
Ability to assess works accurately and prepare clear quotations.
Multi-skilled, with the ability to step in for minor works when needed.
Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
