We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations team in a high-volume injection molding manufacturing environment. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee a skilled team of technicians, ensure equipment reliability, and drive preventive maintenance programs that keep our production lines running safely and efficiently.

Job purpose:

Responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Plan and schedule maintenance work to support production goals and minimize unplanned downtime. Lead and participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage department budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency.
The person:

5+ years of maintenance management experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing. Strong knowledge of molding presses (e.g., Haitian, Engel, Arburg, Husky, Milacron), robotics (e.g. KUKA), and air and cooling systems. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical troubleshooting. Proven leadership skills -- able to motivate, coach, and develop technical staff. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Engineering degree or technical certification
