Maidenway Group is a highly successful property company based in north east London with a substantial portfolio located throughout London comprising a mix of commercial and residential properties. We are included in the London Stock Exchange1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2017.

Established for over 30 years, we are looking to recruit a Property Manager who will be responsible for our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate must be able to manage their workloads, keep on track of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries.

Logging maintenance jobs into our residential property management software and allocating jobs to the relevant contractors.

Ensuring contractors carry out their work to sufficient standard / checking that jobs have been carried out when booked.

Ensure that any necessary works are completed before any new tenants move in and to deal with existing tenancy maintenance issues.

Dealing with day to day general enquiries.

Ensure that maintenance jobs have been updated or closed down once completed and/or to follow up if necessary.

Organise repair quotes and works as necessary.

Must get before and after pictures of the jobs and upload them on our database.

Requirements:

Time management

Excellent communication (writing and telephone) skills

Excellent organization & computer skills

Full driving licence is required

A positive attitude

Highly motivated

They must be diligent and adaptable, motivated, and have excellent organization and communication skills. A driving license is necessary.
