Maintenance Manager

Allowance Location:

Central London (75% of time) + Southern Region

The Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the day?to?day maintenance activities at a key client site in Central London, while also supporting additional sites across the South. You'll be the go?to technical authority, ensuring systems remain reliable, safe, and fully operational.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a practical, hands?on environment and enjoys solving engineering challenges across a variety of industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across Central London and regional sites Provide hands?on technical support across hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and electrical control systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices Manage contractors, schedules, and maintenance documentation Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives across all sites

About You

We're looking for a confident, technically strong Maintenance Manager who brings:

A

time?served engineering background

Ideally an

HNC/HND or Degree

in an engineering discipline Strong practical skills and a hands?on approach Experience working with

industrial systems

including hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and electrical control systems Background in

defence or manufacturing environments

(highly desirable) The ability to commute to Central London regularly (approx. 75% of your time will be spent there)
