We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of the hotel. Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance of the hotel and to ensure timely and effective repair and upkeep of equipment and infrastructure. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, including preventative and predictive maintenance programmes. Oversee projects related to equipment upgrades, repairs, and installations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Manage maintenance records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate with other departments to minimise downtime and optimise operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to health and safety policies across all maintenance activities.

Requirements

Proven hotel experience in a maintenance environment, with strong leadership skills. Demonstrable project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance projects. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.

Pay: 29,199.93-44,546.97 per year
