Job Description

The Passage House Hotel is recruiting for a Maintenance Manager working 5 days out of 7, to include Saturdays.

Key duties for this role include:

Management of all maintenance related health and safety Contractor control Keeping the outside areas of the hotel clean and tidy Completing day-to-day maintenance tasks Cleaning of patios and decking areas Painting and decorating in public areas and guest bedrooms Interacting with staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner To work 5 days out of 7 / flexible hours
Must have own tools and own transport*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
