Overview

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our maintenance and reno team working between our

Liverpool, Bolton and Salford

properties. The ideal candidate(S) will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, including but not limited to roofing, painting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, electrical work, plastering, and welding. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

General maintenance and emergency tenant call outs Carry out joinery, roofing tasks including fire door installation, repair, and maintenance. Perform painting duties for both interior and exterior surfaces. Execute plumbing tasks such as installation and repair of piping systems. Conduct electrical work including wiring and fixture installation. Undertake tiling, plastering and garden work for building structures or repairing existing ones. Utilise power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in all tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times. Collaborate with other tradesmen as necessary to ensure project completion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades such as roofing, painting, joinery, fire doors, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or welding. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

A valid driver's licence is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
