Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance tasks, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as excellent customer service skills to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and clients. Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion. Assist in training new maintenance staff on procedures and safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Experience in welding and maintaining various types of machinery. Knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs independently. Leadership skills with experience in supervising teams or projects. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
