Maintenance Worker



Dalraddy Holiday Park - Full-time, Permanent



We're looking for dedicated, hands-on Maintenance Worker to keep Dalraddy Holiday Park safe, functional and looking its best for our guests. You'll bring practical experience across plumbing, gas and electrical work, a proactive approach to general repairs and groundskeeping, and the resilience to work outdoors in all weathers. On-site accommodation is provided.

Key responsibilities



Carry out routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance across buildings, facilities, recreational areas and common spaces. Diagnose and complete reactive repairs to plumbing, electrical and general building fabric. Maintain grounds and landscaping (mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, seasonal planting, fencing & road repairs). Keep pathways, driveways and outdoor areas clean, safe and free from debris. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles and spares; keep accurate records and inventories. Work safely at all times, complying with health & safety policies and risk assessments. Optional shared night-warden duties (late arrivals, phone cover, and dealing with adverse situations).

What you'll bring



Proven experience in maintenance/repair work (minimum 2 years). Working knowledge of

electrical, plumbing, gas, joinery and general building

tasks. Confident and safe operation of maintenance tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and tidy workmanship. Physically fit and able to lift/carry as required. Clear, courteous communication and a team-first approach. Flexibility to work

weekends, holidays and on-call

shifts as needed.

Full UK driving licence (essential).

Right to work in the UK (required).

Full-time, Permanent (regular weekend work).

Schedule:

8-hour shifts with on-call/night-warden rota.

Work location:

On site (in person) at Dalraddy Holiday Park. Tied accommodation may be available if required.
