The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in ensuring that all facilities and equipment are kept in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical systems, and logic controllers. Troubleshoot issues effectively and implement solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations. Supervise and lead maintenance projects as required, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and clients regarding maintenance issues.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance roles. Strong electrical skills Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage. Communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
