We are looking for a Maintenance Person to provide preventative and regular maintenance in all areas of the Care Home. Maintenance in the home works in partnership with the Home Manager and in accordance with current best practice, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations.
You will need to be confident and enthusiastic in carrying out basic repairs and fault finding in order to maintain the home as a pleasant, safe and secure place to live. You will require attention to detail and documentation will be essential.
The ability to drive and an awareness of Health and safety, Fire and water legislation would be advantageous.
This post will be subject to satisfactory references and PVG.
The role is Monday-Friday however on call will be required for evenings and weekends in the event of an emergency
