Our company is hiring a Maintenance Person to maintain all office equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for replacing damaged items, maintaining the temperature of the building and making sure that the office is clean and tidy at all times. The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification in Engineering and will be capable of working on electrical and mechanical systems as well as troubleshooting issues and repairing malfunctioning equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair the building's plumbing, electrical and air conditioning systems, boilers, elevators, bells, and fire alarms. Be able to work with hand tools. Be able to work with power tools. Be able to use a ladder.

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
