Job Overview
Responsible for the upkeep and repair of caravans, grounds and buildings on park. Duties include general repairs, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, general grounds upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of caravans. Fix plumbing, electrical, and structural issues. Carry out painting, carpentry, and general maintenance around park. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain tools, equipment, and stock. Respond to emergency repairs and queries as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in maintenance, repairs, or a similar role. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Basic knowledge of grounds upkeep. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Penzance TR19 7AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
