Maintenance Plumber
Job Description
Due to continued success within our Building Services Division, we are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative / Plumber to work on domestic housing schemes throughout NI.
Main responsibilities:
This role will require you to carry out all aspects of plumbing work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works.
Successful candidate will need to have:
A minimum of 1 years previous experience essential
Valid CSR Card
Gas Safe registered
NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
Full UK Driving Licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
Gas Safe Register (preferred)
Work Location: In person
