APSFM: Provide first class property maintenance in the Scotland. We are a leading property maintenance company, providing quality service and Technical Engineer to various sectors which include, retail, commercial, offices, leisure and petrol forecourts.

Anderson Property services are looking for a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join our team with immediate effect.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber with relevant experience who has a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial & Retail environment. You would be responsible for the effective reaction to planned and un-planned maintenance issues at our clients properties, throughout central Scotland.

Requirements

4 years (preferred) experience . Able to work well in a team. Have own tools. CLEAN driving licence. Attention to detail. A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements. Previous use of handheld technology Ideal but not essential(PDA) for all planned and reactive works An HSE understanding

The main duties include:

General property repairs such as repairing WC's, changing taps, servicing water heaters. Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works. Completion of compliance/work sheets and obtain authorisation from the Client. Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard. A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.
