Main purpose/function of the job
The Maintenance Sales Advisor is responsible for selling, quoting, and administrating our maintenance services to our existing and new client base. This role combines technical knowledge with strong customer service and sales skills to identify client needs, recommend maintenance solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Main duties
Pro-actively respond to incoming customer enquiries regarding our maintenance services.
Analysing inspection reports and generating accurate maintenance quotations, in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business, for continued growth of maintenance client base.
Prepare accurate documentation for our installation team, in line with our installation dates & capacity timeframe.
Work closely with our inspectors and installation team to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Keeping customers informed throughout.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales using CRM software.
Providing high-level administrative support within our maintenance department and other departments as needed.

Education/training/work experience
Minimum 5 GCSE's including English and Math's at level 5 or equivalent would be an advantage.
3 Years B to B Sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
