About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, handling client enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also support the business with administrative tasks, including generating invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate maintenance jobs efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling enquiries in a professional manner.
Generate and manage invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain clear communication between clients, staff, and management.
Keep detailed records of schedules, completed work, and client communications.
Requirements
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Confident communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential.
Experience using Xero is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided).
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
