We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain and repair various systems within our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall functionality of our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics. Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs and installations. Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent on tasks. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in electrical systems, including reading schematics and working with logic controllers. Experience in welding techniques is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Leadership qualities, with experience supervising or guiding teams preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking capabilities.
