Job Summary



As a Malay-speaking Customer Support Representative, the responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to Malay-speaking clients in the forex trading industry. The role involves assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This position requires fluency in Malay, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the forex market.

Responsibilities



Respond to incoming inquiries via various channels (phone, email, live chat) from Malay-speaking clients promptly and professionally. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about forex trading platforms, products, services, and account-related queries. Assist clients with onboarding, including account registration, verification, and documentation requirements. Guide clients in navigating trading platforms, explaining basic trading concepts, and providing technical support as needed. Resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary. Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and sales, to ensure seamless client experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge of forex trading, customer service skills, and company offerings.

Qualifications



Fluency in Malay is essential. Proficiency in English is also required. Fresh graduates are welcome. Proven experience and knowledge of forex trading concepts are a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address client issues effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of trading platforms and software applications. High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy when dealing with clients. Flexibility to work in shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-27,000.00 per year
