OPPORTUNITY
As
Assistant Management Accountant
, you will play an integral role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider finance projects as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily and monthly
bank reconciliations
Processing and raising
sales invoices and purchase invoices
Supporting with
month-end processes
, including journals, accruals and prepayments
Assisting with preparation of
management accounts
Supporting
cashflow forecasting
and budgeting processes
Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure accuracy and control
Involvement in ad-hoc financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
PERSON
We're looking for someone in the
Assistant Management Accountant
role with a strong grounding in transactional finance who is ready to step into a broader, more developmental role. You'll be supported by a hands-on manager and a leadership team that actively encourages professional growth.
Key Skills & Experience:
Studying towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
Experience in reconciliations, invoicing, and general ledger accounting
Eagerness to learn, take ownership and develop within a growing business
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
