Management Accountant



Start date:

Salary

: 40,000 - 50,000 - dependent on experience

Holidays

: 26 days per annum plus bank holidays

Hours

: Full Time Monday to Friday, Hours to be agreed

Due to continued company growth, we are looking for a

Management Accountant

to join our team, based at our purpose-built offices near the centre of Bury. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a modern, expanding business, offering future career progression for a proactive and self-motivated individual.

Duties



Production of management accounts for multiple companies including inter-company reconciliations.

Accruals, Prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations

Completing financial analysis and VAT reporting

Review and approval of Bank payments

P&L analysis.

Knowledge of Xero, payroll software and strong Excel skills.

Assist with financial information for tender submission.

Assist with the production of payment applications.

Candidate requirements:



Ambitious, self starter looking to grow with the business

Hold AAT Level 3 and or 4

Proven Experience working as a Management Accountant or similar position

Hold full UK Driving licence.

Work on own Initiative

Reliable and Punctual

You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The role will also involve managing and mentoring two members of the finance team, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Pay: 29,392.20-48,328.16 per year
