Management Accountant

We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team, supporting our dynamic Events division. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and looking to grow their career in a supportive and engaging environment.


You'll play a key role in producing management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations, while working closely with General Managers and department heads to provide clear financial insights that inform decision-making and drive performance.


We'll support your studies and development, helping you build your skills and confidence within a fun and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

Producing accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, and budgets Reconciling key balance sheet accounts and preparing monthly journals (accruals, stock, etc.) Providing clear commentary on variances and performance Supporting cost control and performance reviews with General Managers Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and recharges Collaborating on the year-end audit process Contributing to process improvements and cross-team projects Supporting events when required

What you'll bring:

Studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements) Strong analytical and organisational skills A methodical and accurate approach Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Confidence to challenge and influence at all levels A positive, proactive attitude and a sense of fun!
