Management Accountant
is required to join a busy finance team providing proactive, high-quality support across a large healthcare organisation. This role involves financial planning, monitoring, and business case development across multiple departments.What you'll be doing:
Producing accurate financial reports and forecasts. Supporting service managers with budget setting and cost analysis. Preparing costing information for business cases and projects. Deputising for the Divisional Finance Manager when required. Supervising junior staff within the team.
What we're looking for:
CCAB or CIMA finalist/qualified (or equivalent). Strong management accounting background (3+ years). Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge. Ability to communicate financial data to non-finance staff. Public sector experience desirable.
