Lead Management Accountant

role and it's built for someone ready to step up and drive real impact.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the month-end process, including full ownership of management accounts Business partnering with operational teams and department heads Driving budget and forecast cycles and challenging assumptions Coaching and mentoring junior team members Leading on system/process improvements across finance Supporting strategic finance projects alongside the Finance Manager

What we're looking for:

CIMA qualified (or equivalent) A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally Proven ability to improve reporting processes and provide real insight Someone commercially-minded, with a focus on adding value not just reporting the past Leadership qualities whether you're already managing or ready to start
This is a hands-on role with strategic reach perfect for someone who wants a real seat at the table as the business continues to grow.

What's in it for you:

Salary: 40,000-43,000
