About the Role




This is a hands-on finance role at the heart of our performance cycle. You'll be supporting key monthly and annual processes -- from actuals to forecasts to budgets -- helping ensure our numbers are accurate, timely, and insightful. What makes this role even more exciting? You'll be directly involved in supporting our US NBR business as it builds its presence stateside. That means exposure to international operations and cross-border collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing




This role offers a unique blend of international exposure and strategic finance work. You'll be working closely with the FP&A Manager for H&P, supporting the US NBR business as it builds its footprint -- a chance to be part of something from the ground up.

Your day-to-day will include:



Partnering with the US Commercial team to deliver IBP/SIOP data and insights for monthly forecasting Providing finance support in US Commercial team meetings, helping shape decisions with data Owning the update and coordination of monthly reports for the HPPM division, shared with senior leadership and the Synthomer Executive team Managing the monthly forecasting cycle, including system checks and data integrity in BPC Supporting the annual budget and strategic planning processes with sharp financial analysis Jumping in on ad hoc analysis and data requests to help drive business clarity and performance

Your Skills & Background




You're a rising finance professional with a strong academic foundation -- holding a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a postgraduate business qualification. With at least one year of post-qualification experience, you're ready to take your skills to the next level in a role that blends reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

Location & Working Pattern

This role is based at one (or a combination) of our UK sites, with a minimum of four days on-site per week. As part of our hybrid working model, you'll also have the flexibility to work from home one day a week.
