Job Description
Job Summary:
Based in our lovely Market Harborough office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to play a key role in the financial management of a multi-site healthcare business. You'll prepare management accounts, analyse performance across our practices, and provide insights to help drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate monthly management accounts and reports. Track and analyse revenues (NHS, private, insurance, and specialist treatments). Partner with practice managers and leadership teams to improve performance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Contribute to cashflow management and business growth projects. Assist with practice acquisitions and integration.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in management accounting (healthcare or multi-site businesses a plus). Strong Excel and reporting skills. Able to explain financial data clearly to non-finance colleagues. Proactive, detail-focused, and commercially aware. Deadline driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
