We're looking for a skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our team at the Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE). This is a key role for someone who enjoys producing insightful financial reports and supporting teams across the charity to make informed decisions.

You'll lead on management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while also contributing to projects that improve our financial processes and help us achieve our strategic goals.

Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports. Support budgeting and reforecasting with non-finance teams. Monitor and report on Designated and Restricted funds. Assist with year-end accounts, audits, and internal controls. Maintain finance systems and support project work and ad-hoc analysis.


What we are looking for:





Part or fully qualified accountant (or QBE). Strong management accounting and business partnering experience. Confident with Excel and finance systems (ideally Business Central). Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

The geographical allowance is based on a member of staff having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at 4,000 per annum.
