As ASK4's Management Accountant, you will provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. They act as a key link between financial data and business management, ensuring that financial performance aligns with ASK4 company goals.
What you'll be doing:
Prepare and produce monthly accounts for ASK4 Group entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support financial oversight.
Generate departmental management reports, providing actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Assist in creating Board and Investor KPI reporting packs that offer a clear and concise overview of business performance.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecast updates by analysing trends and providing data-driven recommendations.
Oversee cost control processes, including reconciliation of direct costs and overheads, to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
Reconcile commission statements with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for all stakeholders.
Prepare and submit VAT returns for the Group, adhering to regulatory deadlines and maintaining compliance across entities.
Act as the key finance contact for our IT Solutions clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration on financial matters.
Production of analysis to deliver insight into business strategies and support commercial decisions
Collaborate with senior finance leaders in regular walkthroughs of management accounts, ensuring clear communication and alignment on financial results.
Prepare audit-ready financial documentation and support external auditors with timely and accurate information.
Monitor and support the sales invoicing and debtor management process to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize aged receivables.
Proactively drive improvements in financial reporting processes and systems to enhance data quality, accessibility, and decision-making effectiveness.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel functions.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
Confident in liaising with stakeholders and building strong working relationships.
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
It is desirable to have experience with VAT returns, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
