Our business was built by passionate and committed people and now moveero Ltd, based in Telford, are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team in a fast paced, primarily off-highway wheel and automotive manufacturing environment.

Role Purpose:



Responsible for stock and stock management/reconciliation, sales and sales reconciliation and ad hoc costing queries.

Key Responsibilities:



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily sales balancing and reporting Daily SIC reporting and setting up for new month Daily integration (cover) Daily approval of requisitions at first level Weekly scrap report (cover) Weekly sales balancing Weekly stocks for KPI reporting - moveero Weekly stocks for autostructures Weekly PPV report and analyse Weekly stock adjustments report and analyse Weekly production efficiencies Weekly self bills update for purchase ledger Collate EMR scrap valuation from scrap tickets Bi-weekly Aurelius reporting for sales Collate JLR ERMA invoices from Covisint for purchase ledger Monthly despatch weights and standard hours for H&S (cover) Monthly overtime numbers for HR Full month end procedure 1.5 days pre 3.5 days post BBM/BACS approvals (as a substitute) Maintain, check and update SP changes and new OCRs Create and update purchase/sales ledger master data Complete supplier credit check forms Complete various national statistics forms General CEA/BPCs for CCs and nominals Support sales ledger/pricing queries Support for purchase ledger Policing of stores control forms for new items Maintain material standard cost in BPCS Maintain labour and overhead standards in BPCS Maintain sales and material data for budget/forecasts Maintain and update stock provisions Annual year end stocktake Audit assistance with PI counting External audit KPMG/Wells Fargo Ad hoc costing queries Ad hoc management queries

Qualifications and Skills



Essential

AAT qualified or equivalent Full knowledge of ledgers Credit control knowledge Stock reconciliation knowledge Sales reconciliation knowledge Purchase Ledger Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with Excellent Excel skills Strong oral & written communication Statutory experience Forecasting experience Experience in all areas of job role, including management and delegation

Desirable

Part CIMA qualification or Part ACCA qualification BPCS knowledge

Hours of work: 37 hours Monday to Friday



Salary: upto 55k D.O.E



Annual leave: 185 hours plus bank holidays
