Job Description
We're a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality business known for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our hotel, restaurant, and spa. With excellence at our core, we're now seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly reports including monthly management accounts Review end of day cash up and card reconciliations Aid budgeting and forecasting processes across the site Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to operational teams Monthly payroll preparation VAT returns Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures Liaise with external auditors and support year-end processes Collaborate with department heads to improve financial literacy and accountability Line management of Assistant Management Accountant
Requirements
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Experience in hospitality or leisure would be advantageous Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen Excellent communication abilities Proficiency in financial systems and Excel A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
