A growing manufacturing business with a strong international presence is looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join its finance team at their UK HQ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to be part of a fast-moving environment with genuine scope to get involved beyond the numbers.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, performing cost centre and variance analysis, and supporting senior stakeholders in understanding key cost movements across the business. You'll play a key role in the month-end process, support stock-related reporting, and assist with reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.

There's also regular interaction with other departments and group teams, including supporting with internal controls and responding to audit and compliance queries. Over time, there is room to step into broader commercial analysis responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in month-end accounting Good understanding of financial controls and reconciliations Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally Manufacturing experience and ERP knowledge would be beneficial QBE, Part-qualified or qualified accountant Willingness to learn, adapt, and work flexibly
