We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Management Consultant to join our leadership team. The role is designed for a professional with deep expertise in financial services, microfinance, fintech, and SME consulting who can lead client engagement, design growth strategies, and drive business transformation. The consultant will provide strategic insight, conduct market and competitor analysis, and guide AAJJ Consultants Ltd in expanding its market share and diversifying into allied sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business models for introducer services, Microfinance collaboration & fintech partnerships.
Conduct competitor analysis, market entry strategies & sector diversification studies to expand business volume and revenue streams.
Advise on risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks for microfinance & introducer business operations.
Identify & build relationships with Lenders, fintech companies & other financial service providers.
Support negotiations with partners & clients to develop sustainable financial solutions for SMEs & local merchants.
Support the integration of technology platforms (CRM, loan origination systems) to improve operational efficiency.
Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) programs to understand SME pain points, customer journeys, & product needs.
Provide tailored consultancy to clients on business planning, financing, & operational improvements.
Mentor Business Development Executives & Business Sales Executives.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strategic thinker, Business operational expert, financial knowledge, and hands-on advisor with the following profile:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (essential).
Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance/Management, or related) strongly preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CFA, Lean Six Sigma, or Management Consulting accreditation) are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business management and Business Operations with B2B Business strategies and high analytical skills.
Proven track record in B2B Sales and Service provider background, SME lending, or partnership-driven business models.
Strong exposure to business transformation, financial strategy, and customer acquisition models.
Skills & Competencies
Strong Business modeling, Operational processes streamlining, risk analysis, and business case development capabilities.
Excellent analytical, research, and presentation skills.o Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to engage Business entities, banks, MFIs, fintech companies, and SME clients.
Technology-savvy, familiar with CRM platforms, financial data analysis tools.
Multilingual skills (English, Tamil) are highly desirable to serve UK's diverse business community.
