Job Description

Supporting the Operations Managers with any administrative tasks Assist in updating Friends and Family responses and distribute to management team Assist with the Operation Manager (Focus) with supporting the wider reception team Assist with room bookings for users, including ensuring that required facilities are available and update the practice intranet Assist with the asset register Assist with the calibration of equipment Support the work experience visitors Support the IT Partner with project work Monitor Practice email accounts, e.g. NHS.net and deal with relevant incoming communications Assist in matching the unmatched Path results Assist with PCSE / patient queries Assist in the housekeeping of the practice intranet Assist in producing and sending out weekly staff bulletin Assist in updating the Practice Leaflets and distributing Assist in TMG social media Lead, manage, monitor and update TMGs website and Facebook Lead, manage, monitor and update Tower House security items (keys and swipes) Assist the Handyperson and liaise with the General Manager with any queries if the need arises Supporting with Health and Safety policies updates and reviews Working with the maintenance team to support the distribution of work and obtaining quotes when required
