Bru Coffee & More is looking for an exceptional

Store Manager

to lead our vibrant Cardiff Queen Street team! We're not just any coffee shop - we're a destination for specialty coffee, handmade gelato, artisan brunch, and good vibes that bring the community together.

About the role

Day to day you'll be making coffee from our 100% speciality arabica, which has notes of dark chocolate and caramel! You will be freshly preparing our unique food and desserts which are the talk of the town. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the store, delivering excellent customer service and compliance. Setting rotas, managing budgets, wastage, stock and ordering.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and inspiring a passionate team of coffee enthusiasts Ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and probably our famous Hot Dubai Brownie! ) Managing daily operations with flair and efficiency Creating an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone Driving sales and building lasting customer relationships Maintaining our high standards for food safety and quality

What We're Looking For:

Management experience in hospitality/retail is ESSENTIAL
